Nowdays, the Euro IV(4), V(5), VI(6) onwards Standard Emissions Regulations significantly restricted marginal values of exhaust gasses, specifically nitric oxide, from commercial vehicles and private vehicles. In order to reach these objectives, most OEMs rely on the well-established Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) technology.
Kelas® Adblue® DEF are specially formulated to provide maximum protection for SCR system.
Kelas® Adblue® DEF is injected into the catalyst of the SCR system triggering a chemical reaction with the ammonia to convert the toxic nitrogen oxides (NOx) into harmless nitrogen and water vapor, both of which are not harmful to the environment.
In Lopal Tech, we emphasize the importance to produce Kelas® Adblue® DEF in the highest purity form. This is because impurities in the DEF can cause the SCR to fail, which is part of the engine’s powertrain configuration. All Kelas® DEF is a carefully blended aqueous automotive urea solution which contains high purity urea and deionized water.
Kelas® Adblue® Diesel Emission Fluid (DEF) are specially formulated to provide maximum protection for all Euro IV(4), Euro V (5) and Euro VI (6) Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system, which is mainly an aqueous solution composed of high-purity water and high-purity urea.
It is suitable for SCR systems of all kinds of commercial vehicles, passenger cars, special vehicles, large construction machinery and ships that meet the Euro IV(4) and higher emission standards.

AdBlue® by Kelas continues to meet the requirements of ISO 22241 up to 18 months after production, depending on the storage temperature. Should this recommended storage temperature be exceeded, this period is reduced accordingly.
